Just some stuff that's on my mind. I'll get back to the less serious stuff during the week (most likely after I start rocking out with Guitar Hero!

That's a verse that I haven't really put much thought into lately. I guess it's typical since it's something that I've had memorized since I was a little kid. It's easy to overlook the true meaning of things when they're burned into your mind. But Pastor Dale's sermon this morning really made me think about the cost that was paid for us so that we could live despite the fact that we have all lived sinful lives. I guess I'm still excited from the entire weekend and I know I'm a wreck physically right now too (I STILL feel like I need some sleep). The rest of the service was really good too. And very emotional. They had a really well done slideshow of WW2 pics, and the worship was amazing. I'm not really a very emotional person, but I was struggling holding back tears during a few of the songs. I just feel that I need to be more thankful for God for what he has done in my life, especially over the last four months or so. I can only imagine what he'll continue to do with me as I work with the youth group and get to know the new friends I have gotten to know. This is definitely a reason to get excited and go "AWT AWT!!"

Isn't it cool how God can make guys emotional wrecks to. I love how God takes our hearts and wrenches the guts outta it...and makes us think about how good he is.

"AWT AWT" is something that should've died years ago, but thanks to Neil, Heidi, and Mark it became something of tradition. Especially with the youth. Adam and Jess probably know a bit about it. Although it has died down a lot since the days of youth when Jody and Jordan were there.
Is youth not the same since they left?
I don't really know Jordan..and I've only hung out with Jody once..and if he's anything like Jody..youth would be quite an experience!
Has anyone heard from Jody lately? (I don't have him on my MSN)
I've talked to Jody a few times on msn since he left for college, but not recently (three or four weeks ago maybe?). He'll be coming home for a visit in just over two weeks, so that should be fun. I imagine Jess has talked to him more than me, since she IS his sister.

Not really. Personally I find it kinda annoying, but certain people keep bugging me to do it. I'm more proud of my ability to reach behind my back and touch the top of my head. Or maybe my gaming knowledge.

I wouldn't put her on the same level as those people yet. She did post like five days in a row last week. Although maybe it didn't mean as much with her absence on msn. Still better than what J-Ro, Darrek, and Becky manage.
And I can't wait for Jody to come home. I was just getting to be good friends with him when he left. I just hope I have Guitar Hero before he gets here. Stupid EB is saying they aren't getting the game in unti l next week now. :(
Stupid EB Games! Grr..what's the name of the game..I might be able to get it in Moncton? Let me know before Wednesday and I might be able to bring it home with me this weekend!

Thanks for the offer, but I already have a friend who preordered and paid for the game, so I can suck it up and wait an extra week.
